Ken Lewis

Immediately after joining People Lease in 1995, Ken recognized that customer service was at the very core of the People Lease business and helped introduce a high customer focus culture for which People Lease is known today. His efforts went into instilling a deep concern and interest in the customer at every level of the company, rewarding positive behavior and quarterly growth, as well as customer acquisition and retention. He has also established an operational discipline that set People Lease on a permanent track for development of new services, technology innovation and positive revenue growth. Ken joined People Lease in 1995 following a lengthy stint serving his country in the United States Navy. Ken is also a Mississippi licensed insurance agent for both Life and Health and Property and Casualty.

Teresa Bailey

A People Lease employee since June 2011, Teresa has over 13 years of experience in administrative, payroll and legal secretarial skills.  Teresa is the warm and friendly voice that greets you when you call our organization.  Both professional and charming, she is an outstanding representative who fulfills numerous corporate communication needs. 

Shirley Bordelon

A People Lease employee since February 2006, Shirley is a valuable member of the team with experience in several key areas. She handles core payroll preparation functions, as well as assisting with the monthly deduction and submission of Blue Cross/Blue Shield premiums. Shirley also assists with Workers' Comp payments and audits. A testament to her importance to the organization, she was named 2006 People Lease Employee of the Year.

Paul Bowers

A People Lease employee since 2005, Paul is our lead sales associate and a superb interpreter of how best to tailor our services to the needs of any enterprise, large or small. He cultivates new business, while nurturing existing client relationships. This includes periodic assessment of client needs, making clients aware of new technology that may improve efficiency and, of course, the resolution of any service issues a client may have. Paul is also a Mississippi licensed insurance agent for Life and Health, Property and Casualty, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield.

Leslie Crenshaw

A People Lease employee since October 2011, Leslie brings over five years of experience in the banking industry. Leslie has a Bachelor’s of Administration degree from the University of Mississippi. Her primary responsibilities include workers’ compensation audit administration, monthly reconciliation and payment of supplemental policies and assisting the payroll department with daily processing.
A Mississippi native, Leslie enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her dogs.

Christina DePoyster

A People Lease employee since April 2011, Christina joins our staff with over 7 years of experience in the payroll, insurance and benefits administration industries. She is hard working, eager to learn, and will take on any challenge given to her.  When it comes to Operations at People Lease, Christina works across the board. Her responsibilities include documenting daily procedures for payroll, processing garnishments, and documenting all processes to ensure People Lease’s excellence in payroll administration.

Fran Flood

A People Lease employee since August 2001, Fran specializes in the administration of health and life insurance plans for individuals and groups. She is a Mississippi licensed insurance agent for Blue Cross/Blue Shield as well as most insurance carriers operating in the state. Extremely service-oriented, Fran believes in the power of personalized service and goes above and beyond the call to make sure our customers' employees enjoy optimum coverage at the best rates possible. She is on the Board of Directors of the Jackson Association of Health Underwriters, an ambassador for The Greater Jackson Chamber Partnership, and a member of the Madison County Chamber of Commerce and the Rankin County Chamber of Commerce.

Lester Robinson

Joining People Lease in October 2010, Lester Robinson was hired as a staff accountant to assist in developing a new payroll division. Lester’s responsibilities at People Lease include paying taxes, filing Federal and State returns, processing payrolls, accounts payable, accounts receivable, making bank deposits and processing garnishment payments.

Lois Sellers

A People Lease employee since July 2011, Lois is the staff customer service agent who is also licensed in property and casualty. Lois is known for great customer service and being highly customer oriented. Lois attributes her success over the years to a genuine desire to ensure that her customers are all receiving premier insurance care. Lois brings over 15 years of experience in the corporate, billing, accounting and customer service industry. Lois is originally from Louisville, Kentucky and moved to Mississippi two years ago to pursue her career in the insurance industry. Lois’ dedication and commitment to our clients gives them the peace of mind knowing their insurance needs are always handled timely and professionally. She enjoys traveling, bicycling, the outdoors, as well as spending time with friends.

Jaynee Sindledecker

A People Lease employee since 2010, Jaynee joined our staff with several years of experience in payroll. Her responsibilities include monthly new hire reporting, enrollment in Magnolia Federal Credit Union, Blue Cross Blue Shield bill reconciliation and payment, as well as premium deduction set-up.  Jaynee is also in the process of becoming a Certified Payroll Professional.

Don Smith

A People Lease employee since November 2011, Don earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in advertising with a minor in art. He brings with him over six years professional experience in marketing, graphic design and illustration. Don has spent the last several years working for both small and large companies, most recently as production associate for a local newspaper.
Don lives in Utica with his wife, the former Caitlin McClaskey. In his spare time he enjoys drawing, comic books and spending time with friends and family

Margaret White

A People Lease employee since November 1998, Margaret could easily be considered the backbone of the People Lease machine. She pays the bills, handles the deposits and files federal and multi-state tax payments. No role at People Lease has greater fiscal implications or is more deadline-driven. Margaret’s can-do attitude and on-the-job insights make her one of the organization’s most valuable assets.

Lauren Wilson

Lauren joined People Lease in 2010 and is a valuable member of the team with several years of payroll experience. Working in the payroll department, Lauren is responsible for the I-9 audits and keying payroll.
